One order,
one
invoice

You have the drawings and a pour date. We take the reinforcement from there, from schedule to sign-off.

We schedule the reinforcement from the engineer’s drawings, procure the bar and mesh, deliver it to your programme and fix it with our own gangs under our own supervisor. You place one order and pay one invoice.

The schedule is checked against the drawings before the bar is ordered, so bar marks, laps and cover are right when the steel arrives rather than corrected on site. Deliveries are called off element by element to suit your storage and your pour sequence.

At the pre-pour inspection, one company is accountable for whether the steel is right.

How it runs

Four stages from drawings to the steel being released for the pour.

  1. Stage 01

    Drawings and price

Send the reinforcement drawings, the programme dates and the site location. We schedule from the drawings and come back with a package price.

  2. Stage 02

    Order and schedule

Bar bending schedules are produced to BS 8666 and checked against the drawings. The bar is ordered against the programme, with RAMS and insurance certificates issued before we start.

  3. Stage 03

    Deliver and fix

Steel is delivered element by element to suit your storage and pour sequence. Our gang fixes it to the drawings under our supervisor, working to your setting-out.

  4. Stage 04

    Sign-off

Sections walked with your engineer and snags closed the same day. Steel released for the pour on the programme date.
