Gangs
against
your
steel

You have the bar on site or on order. What you are short of is fixers. That is the job this covers.

We supply steel fixing gangs to work under your site management, to your programme and to the engineer’s drawings and bar bending schedules. The material, the scheduling and the deliveries stay with you.

Gangs work to the drawing, not to a rate sheet. Bar marks are checked against the schedule before a section is closed out, cover is held on spacers and chairs to the values on the drawing, and laps go where the schedule puts them.

If something on the drawing does not work on site, you hear about it before the pour rather than at the pre-pour inspection.

How it runs

Four stages from the first call to the gang standing down.

  1. Stage 01

    Enquiry and rate

Tell us the site, the elements, the start date, the duration and the gang size you want. We come back with a rate.

  2. Stage 02

    Paperwork

Insurance certificates, CSCS cards and RAMS go to you before anyone sets foot on site. Inductions booked around your site hours.

  3. Stage 03

    On site

The gang works to your programme and your setting-out. Drawings and schedules are checked at the start of each element, not at the end.

  4. Stage 04

    Sign-off

Sections walked with your engineer and snags closed the same day. Steel released for the pour on the programme date.
